Food Tech Projects in Full Swing Across Key Stages

Our students have been working hard on their assessment projects. Both Year 7 and Year 8 students have had the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills to their assessments. They have successfully researched and planned a dish, then prepared and plated it. They have continued to develop their ideas through evaluations, showing great progress in both practical skills and creativity.

Year 10 students have been focused on improving their cooking abilities with practical lessons, including stuffed chicken and savoury rice. They were challenged to plate their dishes elegantly, further developing their presentation skills.

Year 11 students have been working diligently in preparation for their GCSE examinations, which begin at the end of January. They have put in tremendous effort, and now the final exam approaches. Good luck, Year 11s! I am so proud of all your hard work and look forward to seeing what you achieve.
