Friends of Brakenhale
What is Friends of Brakenhale?
Mission Statement:
Friends of Brakenhale have been brought together to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children and young people. The task of connecting parents, carers, families, educators, schools and community leaders to each other is both crucial and attainable.
We will use events to raise funds for different objectives and we are open to any ideas that you feel are needed. One of the first things on the agenda is to raise money for more seating in a covered outside area. We know this will serve everyone across the school.
At each of our meetings there will be a chance to provide answers to pre-submitted questions. This is to enable us to provide answers in a constructive and productive manner. Even if you cannot attend a meeting please don't hesitate to provide us with your question. Two weeks before each meeting we will send out an email inviting you where you will be able to ask a question and let us know if you are coming. We will then send out the meeting minutes to you to provide an answer to your questions.
What does Friends of Brakenhale do?
We are a charitable group who raise money to pay for lots of extra things that help make Brakenhale such a great school for our children. We also help to build a thriving community for children and parents.
What has Friends of Brakenhale purchased for the school?
