Students have been hard at work in the Food Technology room this term. Our Year 7 students have been perfecting their apple crumbles and carrot cakes, while Year 8 students have been making Mexican chilli and pizzas. These will be their final practical lessons of the year.

We are excited to welcome back the remaining Year 7 groups, as well as the Year 9 students, for their final term in Food Technology this year.

Year 10 students achieved some excellent outcomes in their first attempt at a practical GCSE exam. We saw some fantastic dishes, with great presentation skills and creativity demonstrated throughout.

Year 11 students are continuing to work hard in preparation for their final exam. I am so proud of all of you, Year 11s, and wish you the very best of luck in your upcoming Hospitality and Catering exam!
