Year 11 had an exceptional day celebrating their academic journey thus far following their final core GCSE examination. The Leavers’ Assembly organised by Ms Douse allowed students to have a trip down memory lane, with some photographs from PGL trips during KS3, a reminder of the incredible Tutors they have had throughout their KS3/4 years, and some lasting quotes that students will remember forever.

Year 11 students were excited to share their thanks to Ms Douse for her work as their Head of Year since Year 7, and so were keen to ensure they had signed her canvas with their personal messages and memories. Mr Hilton couldn’t be more excited to be on- boarding these students into Year 12 this September!

After assembly, students enjoyed a final send off where they signed each other's shirts and enjoyed their final ice-cream from our beloved supplier Andy before the next academic year! An amazing amount of time had been spent by all students designing their names on the back of their shirts before arriving into school, illustrating the identity and creativity they’ve developed throughout their time at school. They were truly a work of art! A huge thank you to Mrs Theal for exceptional organisation, and Ms Douse for a very nostalgic and celebratory assembly.
