Brakenhale CCF has had an incredibly busy term so far. On 27–28 September, the cadets attended a Fieldcraft exercise at Wellington College, which included a night camping in the forest. They developed key skills in first aid, cooking in the field, military fieldcraft, and Skill at Arms, along with revision sessions on two- person shelters, personal hygiene, camouflage, and concealment.

The cadets have also proudly supported the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal at The Lexicon in the run-up to Remembrance Sunday.

On Sunday 9th November 2025, they attended the Remembrance Service and Parade alongside local dignitaries and members of the community.
