Our Head Students, Roxy and Sachleen, have been inspiring students across the school by speaking in assemblies and encouraging applications for the Student Council. We are thrilled to see an unprecedented number of applications from all year groups, with Year 8 alone submitting over 50!

Students are now writing their supporting statements to be shortlisted, ahead of a year group vote taking place in early January. The new Student Council will be fully in place and ready to make an impact by the end of January. In the meantime, our Suggestion Box in the canteen is live, giving everyone the chance to share ideas directly with the Head Students about what matters most and how we can make our school community even better.

Meanwhile, applications for Year 11 Prefects and Senior Prefects (Sixth Form) are underway. Senior Prefect interviews are happening this week, with the full Prefect Leadership Team set to be announced in January.

It’s an exciting time for student leadership, and we can’t wait to see the positive changes our student leaders will bring!
