Changes to timetable - 23rd June to the 25th June 2026
Following the Met Office’s issuance of a red warning for extreme heat, we have carefully reviewed our school risk assessment. To ensure the health, safety, and welfare of our students and staff—which is always our absolute priority—we have taken the difficult decision to close the school early at 12:30 pm on Tuesday 23rd, Wednesday 24th, and Thursday 25th June.
Students will need to be collected or make their way home at 12:30 pm on each of these three days. We anticipate returning to our normal school hours on Friday 26th June, and we will keep you fully updated as the week progresses.
We completely understand that early closures can be incredibly challenging for families, and we are so grateful for your flexibility, support, and partnership as we adapt to this extreme weather. Our main focus right now is ensuring that all of our children and staff stay safe, cool, and well during these conditions.
